Elmgrove Farm is Hiring

Based 20 minutes north of Dublin Airport, family owned and operated Elmgrove Farm will be opening a new flower and pot-plant shop in June 2022. This exciting development will complement the existing online flower sales channel and will significantly enhance the current retail offer. 

For this reason we are looking to hire a manager to oversee the development of this business and to take responsibility for the operational processes. The ideal candidate will have a background in floristry or horticulture, along with strong communication, organisational, IT and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the shop, website and social media channels. They will be managing a team, and have capabilities in digital marketing, sales, stock management, and customer care.There will be a salary commensurate with the role and the experience of the successful candidate. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to influence the direction of this new venture and to shape the future of retail at Elmgrove Farm.
