An Introductory Course to Floristry and Flower Arranging
For so long we have been asked for Hobby Online Courses, Less Professional and less intense than our Professional Certificate Courses
So here it is, we have listened and put together a floristry course for beginners with a taste of everything in it.
To keep costs down for you we are not including flowers or a kit, but we do list where you can buy all the products and supplies and you will have full access to us throughout the three weeks of the program
So what is included on our Introduction to Floristry Course
We have included 7 Full Video Step by Step Tutorials
A Basket Flower Arrangement
An Arrangement done in a Twig Ring
A Mock Hand Tied Arrangement for a Grave
A Wired Button Hole
A Wired Flower crown
Sustainably wrapping a single rose
Wrapping techniques for small bunches of flowers
We have also Included Tutorials on Conditioning the flowers used in the tutorials
Gutta Taping and wiring
Hand-Tied String Prep.
As part of this program you will be made a member of our Introduction to Floristry Bloom Room where you can post questions, post photos of anything you make, watch live Q & A classes and connect with those also on the course.
Finally you will have access to a What’s App number for the three weeks of the program where you can get feedback and support 1-2-1 with your tutors.
To keep costs down we will not send out Sundry Kits and Fresh Flowers like we do on our Professional Courses, but we will advise you where and how to buy supplies from vendors and smaller wholesalers.
You will have 3 weeks support in your Bloom Room and on What’s App, but you will have continual access to your video tutorials for 3 months.
When can you start ??
We plan to run this course twice a year and the first inaugural course starts on 19th August 2024

I work full time, I will miss the live classes
No all the live classes will be recorded and stay in the Bloom Room for you to watch at your own pace and in your own time, we really do suggest you do watch these when you can as they are the integral part of the success of our programs.
I’m not on Facebook, can I still access the Bloom Room
Unfortunately you will need a Facebook account to join in on the Bloom Room ( our virtual interactive classroom) - The Facebook account does not need to be in your name, but we do need to know what name you are using and associate to your booking.
Is there a certificate for this course?
No this is an introductory flower course, introducing you to many aspects of the flower industry. You will not be required to submit work for certification, but we do encourage you to make up some of the designs and send them on in the Whats App for feedback and support from your tutor. You can do this every day, as often as you like between 9am and 3pm each day for the three weeks.
